1. How long will the products take to reach me ?

A: We ship twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Since we are a tiny little business handled by a single person and since some of our products are made on order please grant us a maximum of 7-10 days to dispatch your order - incase you need your products sooner, please drop in a mail at orderhappily@gmail.com at the time of placing your order.

2. What is the policy on refunds and returns ?

A: No policy for return/refund/exchange, unless you receive a wrong/damaged product - in which case, please write to orderhappily@gmail.com with images of the product/s.

3. How will you be shipping my order ?

A: We have tie-ups with some of the top courier companies in the country, who ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

4. Do you ship overseas ?

A: No, we currently operate only in India.

5. Do you customise products ?

A: Yes, we can customise products as per your requirement, however we would need a minimum order of 50pcs . Please write in to orderhappily@gmail.com 

6. Do you have an option of bulk buying ?

A: Yes, we can provide bulk orders, please write to orderhappily@gmail.com for the same and we'll get back to you with the best rates for the same.
